Q. Can the items online be found in the stores?

 

A. Yes, most items online can be found in our retail stores located in the Southern California area.

 


Q. Can I use my in-store credit online?

 

A. At this time you cannot use your in-store credit online but we hope to utilize that in the future.

 


Q. Can I use my gift card online?

 

A. Unfortunately the system has not been modified to accept this form of payment.  We are looking into a way to allow for this payment type.

 


Q. How can I search by my favorite Designer?

 

A. Go to the Search page and use the pull menu to select the Designer you want to search for, utilize the filters to keep the category in Men, Women, or Kids.

 


Q. Can I look up my invoice history?

 

A. No, this is a module we plan on implementing within the next year.

 


Q. I’m a customer in the store can I use my same account?

 

A. Yes, email customer service with your contact information and customer number (if you know it) and we can activate your account for use online. Please allow one business day for processing and uploading.

 


Q.Oh no! I forgot to enter my Promo Code what do I do?

 

A. Email customer service with the promotion code and order number, we will attempt to catch the order and apply the promo.
