Return to Sender Policy

M. Fredric ships all orders via UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will return the package(s) to the original sender.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you at your specific direction and the additional shipping charge will be billed at the fee indicated by your original order, if any. If it is still within the 30 day return period, you may elect to have your purchase(s) refunded, with the exception of the shipping & handling fee.

In the event that we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt, it is our policy to restock the returned goods as we can not store unclaimed packages indefinitely. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise only. 

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipment from M. Fredric your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns

All returns must be sent back with price tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and not altered. To receive a full refund for your Item(s) they must be returned to ShopMFredric within 30 days of invoiced date, no exceptions. In store returns will be issued in-store credit only.

Please ship your return with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. M. Fredric is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to the warehouse. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the amount of your returned merchandise.

Exchanges

All regularly priced items are eligible for exchange, within 30 days, unless specified. To exchange by mail, fill out the exchange section of your Invoice indicating your top choices for exchange. Please note that we can not guarantee that your top choices will be in stock by the time we receive your package. For faster delivery we recommend placing a new order and returning your item as explained above under Returns. This will ensure that your selected item(s) gets to you faster and will increase the chances that it will be in stock. Exchanges may be made in person at any appropriate M. Fredric store location.
